Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

As an internet service provider, we claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit an infringement claim, specific information must be provided.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
3. Details to locate the infringing material, including the URL of the page.
4. Contact information of the complaining party.
5. A statement of good faith belief that unauthorized use of the material has occurred.
6. A statement of accuracy and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section §512(f) of Title 17 USC provides penalties for misrepresenting information in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices should be submitted via the Contact page by email for prompt attention.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored by providing specific elements required by Section 512(g)(3) of Title 17 USC.

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the taken-down material and its original location.
3. Statement under penalty of perjury regarding the removal of the material.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy and make efforts to identify and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
